Artwork
What is a set up charge?
Some orders may require a set up charge. This fee covers the costs associated with labor, film, printing plates, etc. For most orders, the set up charge is a one-time fee, however, for some items; there is a reduced set-up fee for re-orders.

What format can I send my logo/artwork?
We prefer 300 dpi EPS or PDF files created in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop or InDesign.

Will a JPG or GIF file work?
No, a JPG or GIF file is typically low resolution and will need to be re-created and will incur additional artwork charges.

Can you keep my artwork on file?
Yes, we will keep your digital artwork and order information on file for easy re-order processing.

Can I see a proof or sample prior to production?
Yes, we can supply an Adobe PDF file for your approval prior to production. In addition, for some items, you may be able to request a production sample for approval prior to printing. Additional fees for production samples may apply contact us for details.

Payment Information
How can I pay for my order?
All first time orders must be paid prior to order processing. For your convenience, we accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express. You may also pre-pay with a corporate check; however, your order cannot be processed until your check clears our bank. Customers that wish to establish corporate credit may fill out a credit application.

How can I be billed/establish credit?
Qualified businesses, organizations and government agencies may apply for account credit. Terms will be established based on credit requests and handled on an individual basis. All first time orders must be paid prior to order processing. For your convenience, we accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express. You may also pre-pay with a corporate check; however, your order cannot be processed until your check clears our bank.

Production Time
What is the standard production time?
Standard production time is listed on your estimate or order confirmation. Production time varies by manufacturer and item.

How can I get my product faster?
Some manufacturers and items allow rush order processing. Rush charges vary by product and will be charged per item. Your order will be shipped via next day air. Please note, some products cannot be rushed due to production schedules. Please contact us for details.

Product Questions
Can I order a sample?
Yes, we encourage and are happy to provide you with a sample of any item you may be considering for order. Please note, our sample policy states that any product over $5 incurs a fee to cover the value of the product and you must supply us with a shipper account number or additional shipping/delivery charge for samples may apply. Please note, samples are non-returnable and non-refundable.

What is the minimum quantity I can order?
Minimum quantities for each item is listed in the pricing column. Please note, some manufacturers may have a less-than-quantity policy which would allow an order of half the listed quantity, however, a less-than-quantity fee will apply. Contact us for details.

Over/Under Run
What is an Over/Under Run?
The promotional products industry production standards allow for only the highest quality logo imprinted products shipped to the end user. Depending on the item a standard over and under run of 5-10% applies. This means you could get plus or minus 5-10% of your requested order quantity upon final delivery.

Shipping
What method will be used to ship my products?           
We ship via UPS and Fed Ex. The method of shipment depends upon item quantity, destination(s), and requested arrival date. Your freight charges may be estimated on your order confirmation and we may bill you for actual shipping charges following delivery which may show up as a separate charge on your billing statement.

Can you ship using my account number?
Yes, if you supply us with your Fed Ex or UPS number we can arrange to ship your items via the carrier of your choice.

What if I need my products shipped to multiple locations?
We can handle your special requests. A separate drop-ship charge of $10 per location may apply, ask us for details.

Return Policy
What is your return policy?
Quality is important to us. Prior to production, we require you to approve an artwork proof which ensures color, spelling and content are correct.

In the unlikely event of poor imprint quality or defective products, please contact us immediately, we will replace your goods, issue a credit toward future orders or do whatever we can to ensure your 100% satisfaction.
